Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us.

• New, unopened items including close out yarn may be returned within 60 daysof purchase except for books, magazines, DVDs or patterns which are not returnable.
• All other sale items are not returnable.
• Discount adjustments will be made on the refund if the part of the order not returned falls below the discount level.
• Items may be returned by mail or in person at our retail location.
• Refunds are processed back to original form of payment.

No authorization is necessary. Simply return the order with a copy of the invoice to:
