Learn to Double Knit class comes with Kit, everything you need. Tues. Sep 16th & 23rd from 10 AM to 2PM
Double knitting is a technique that creates a reversible fabric with two layers of stockinette stitch, allowing for different colors or patterns on each side. This method is often used for making warm, thick items like coasters, scarves, hats, and blankets. It involves working with two strands of yarn simultaneously, knitting one side while purling the other, which results in a fabric that looks the same on both sides but with the colors reversed. This technique is great for creating intricate designs and colorwork without the need for intarsia or stranded knitting.
